No resistance training

Next 4 Weeks
3 days of cardiovascular exercise (every other day)
30 minutes Medium Intensity

3 days of resistance training (every other day)
2 sets of 20 repetitions
One exercise per body part (total body workout)

Next 4 Weeks (currently)
4 days of cardiovascular exercise (every other day)
30 minutes Medium Intensity

3 days of resistance training (every other day)
3 sets of 12 repetition
One exercise per body part (total body workout)
